Please read all policies and terms before placing an order with Chynna Hansen Designs. Your order indicates you have thoroughly read and agree to the following:
When your order is complete, you will receive a zipped file containing your files via email. I do not keep files long-term, so please take special care to download the file(s) and keep in a safe place on your computer or external hard drive. Recreations of designs due to lost or deleted files will be charged at the original rate they were ordered. I do not send final files until all payments have been made in full.
Chynna Hansen Designs takes care to avoid all errors. However, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. You, The Client, agree to proofread and approve all final copies before the production of artwork. Final proofs will be emailed to you so you can double check and proofread. Proof Approval via email is accepted.
No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by your proofreading. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPROVAL OF PROOFS, PROOF READING AND ERRORS.
In the event of a need to reprint due to errors in content, the client must inform Chynna Hansen Designs within 7 days of product acceptance. As with all print projects, payment for re-printed project must be prepaid.
The color of your proofs as they appear on your monitor are only a representation of the final printed piece and may vary slightly.
It is recommended that you have a couple of people read through and check over your proofs for spelling and grammatical content. Examine the proofs several times over.
All design packages booked with CHD requre a non-refundable 50% deposit before the work begins. The remainder of the bill can be paid at the end of the design process.
Payments are accepted via Paypal for custom designs and Direct Checkout from the Chynna Hansen Designs shop. Invoices must be paid in full before custom digital files will be emailed, and payments must be received before print orders are shipped. No other methods of payment are accepted at this time.
Current processing time is 4-5 business days from the time your print order is placed until it arrives at your door. Shipping fees are determined based on location and shipping preferences and will be added to the final invoice. Chynna Hansen Designs is Utah-based, so shipping speeds may vary based on location. All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because digital items cannot be returned, refunds are not allowed once final files have been sent.
I recommend having an understanding of basic image files prior to placing your order. Refunds will not be given once final files have been sent due to misunderstanding the use of your files.
Refunds are not issued on print orders, as they are custom to your business or occasion. If you are not happy with your prints, please let me know and we can work something out.
The majority of designer/client communication is normally via email. I do not accept design instruction or changes over the phone. All design requests should be written in, clear, concise emails so that the client and designer can reference emails for clarification, if needed.
Please do not copy or reproduce my designs. Certain design elements are commercially licensed graphics and are protected by their designer. Designs are for personal and small business use only. You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or share my designs for any reason and without my explicit written permission.
Any files you do not select for purchase will likely be sold at a discounted price in my Etsy shop. For logo orders, you can purchase each additional concept beyond your final logo for $25 each and I will not resell them. Otherwise, they will be resold in the Etsy shop with changed names and colors.
